Dogwood Development Company provides residental and commercial property in the Northeast MS and Counce, TN areas. In 1995 Dogwood Deveolpment opened Dogwoood Plantation, an assitsted living facility, with locations in Fulton, New Albany, Saltillo and Corinth. Since then Dogwood has continued to grow by leaps and bounds by expanding into residential development and commercial development with the opening of Town Creek in early 2000. Dogwood is continuing to grow with it's lateset addition of Center City Marketplace.
Dogwood Development Company is run by Jay Shannon and his wife Shana. They live in the Saltillo area with their children. Jay has worked in the Northeast Mississippi area for over 15 years.
