Dogwood Development Company provides residental and commercial property in the Northeast MS and Counce, TN areas. In 1995 Dogwood opened Dogwoood Plantation, an assitsted living facility with locations in Fulton, New Albany, Saltillo and Corinth.
Since then Dogwood has put it's stamp on the community by developing The Town Creek District. This brought many businesses to the Saltillo area and offered Saltillo residents to shop and receive services locally.
In 2008 Dogwood developed Center City Market, providing Saltillo residents the ability to shop closer to home and local business the ability to grow their business.
